For our wonderful apple poppy seed cake our pastry chefs use premium grey and blue poppy seeds from Lower Austria, juicy apples and only the finest ingredients. Our apple and poppy seed cake is a special treat for poppy seed enthusiasts – with juicy apples set between a thin layer of almond shortcrust pastry and topped off with moist poppy seed cake.
