Dobos Torte – Size II
Named after its inventor, József Dobos, the Dobos Torte is the Hungarian cake ambassador par excellence. It is not without reason that this delicacy is also very popular in this country. Layer upon layer of sponge cake and exquisite nougat chocolate cream are lovingly handcrafted to create this exquisite creation, which is then decorated with a wafer-thin layer of caramel.
