Gingerbread cake
For our Oberlaa gingerbread cake we use aromatic honey gingerbread, which is refined with apricot or raspberry marzipan, and glaze the delicate gingerbread pieces with tenderly melting chocolate – an aromatic symphony that makes everyone swooning for more.
