Pinze (Easter Bread)
Like ham or horseradish, this special bread is a key part of the traditional Easter brunch in Austria. Its famous pattern is achieved by carefully cutting into the lovely dough. Our Oberlaa Pinzen are available in three different sizes. The medium size can be purchased either WITH or WITHOUT raisins.
