Swiss Apple Cake – Size II
For our Swiss apple cake we only use ripe and aromatic apples and the finest hazelnuts. Set on an almond cake base, the delicious stewed apples and raisins are topped with a layer of hazelnut butter cake and sprinkled with grated hazelnuts.
