Marble Bundt Cake 720g

In the good old Biedermeier times, the whole family would gather around the table and enjoy a home-made bundt cake on Sundays and holidays. For our marble bundt cake we use melt-in-the-mouth chocolate and the finest pieces of chocolate chunks, which give the succulent, light cake its characteristic marbling. Finely dusted with icing sugar, it is not only a treat for Sundays.

For our Marble Guglhupf, we use the finest chocolate and chocolate pieces – this gives the cake its traditional colouring. When the cake is ready to be served, the Guglhupf is being gently covered with icing sugar.
